Latest Version Of Whatsapp Now Comes With Two-Step Verification For Your Account

A month ago we noticed an update on the Beta program of Whatsapp which was revealed here. Well, out of all the new features revealed the two-step verification for account security is finally live. This feature is now accessible for Android, iOS and Windows users.

Like the old social networks, after verifying your number it requests you input a 6 digit log in number to secure conversations. Though old users can also activate this feature freely. See how to activate it below
How To Activate Whatsapp Two-Step Verification For Android, iOS
This is pretty easy because you don’t even need to update to the latest version of Whatsapp for Android or iOS to get this feature. Just go to Settings>>Account>>Two Step Verification>>Enable

If you forget your password after creating one, you get an option of inputting a recovery email. But you have to be careful with your email address because there is no sort of verification for the email address, so we recommend you carefully type in your email address.

This update is already rolling out and it is expected you receive this update already or anytime soon. But if don’t just got chill, hit playstore and update Whatsapp messenger to gain access to this feature.

Do you like this feature?
