I welcome you to the year 2018 by dropping an update to all the latest Glo data plan and codes to subscribe to them. As you already know, Glo is the Grand Masters of data as long as Nigeria is concerned as they are still the network with the best data plans although their network coverage is still an issue in most locations in the country. 

This post contains all Glo daily, weekly, monthly, weekends and night data plans, the prices and codes to activate them in a simple manner for better understanding and easy to find so I urge you to bookmark or save this page for later reference as may need it as time goes on this year. 

Among all the network providers in Nigeria, Glo is one of those that offers cheapest data plans even after reviewing their plans and downgrading it last year 2017, they still remain the best in terms of affordability. 
    

In 2018, I don't see any other network beating Glo with the N1000 for 3.2GB monthly data plan and if any network should come with something more better, I believe Glo will strike back and release better offers. Note that this plan works on any smartphone including Android, Internet modem, Blackberry, IOS or Window powered-devices.

How to Create a Twitter Thread

Twitter has added a new feature called twitter thread.It is a string of tweets sent as a reply to each other. This purpose of this feature is to link all the tweets within a topic together hence making it easily accessible in one place. Once you open any of the tweets in the thread, you will be able to see the previous and subsequent tweets in that thread.

    
There is a character limit of 280 in each line which also represents one tweet. 
Twitter users can as well add the same amount of media – like GIFs, images, videos, and more – to any individual tweet in the thread as done in regular Twitter tweets. 

In a similar development, you can tap a button while writing your tweet to link a second tweet to it and so forth. After that, you can then tap on 'Tweet all' and the entire thread will be posted at once. Interestingly, you can even add more or new tweets to the existing thread by simply tapping on the "add another tweet" .

1. Compose the first tweet the way you would compose a normal tweet
2. Tap the plus button to add the next tweet to your thread
3. Repeat the second step to add as many tweet to your thread as possible
4. Once you are done, hit the publish button

Twitter threads will have a 'Show this thread' label and tapping it will open the entire thread.

According to Twitter, there’s currently a limit of 25 entries in a thread, but that number may be subject to change depending on how the feature is adopted by the wider user base.

1. Turn Off Image Preview: On the mobile app, whenever there is a tweet of an image, Twitter allows you to view it directly on your timeline. You can turn this off and save space on your display. Go to Settings > General > Image Previews to change to picture links.

2. Using Multiple Accounts: Did you know that you can use more than one account on your Twitter app? Unlike some other social media apps, you can use two or more Twitter accounts on the same account. Go to Accounts > Add Account to set up a new account. You can also switch between accounts from there.

3. Why You Were Away: Twitter has a feature called While You Were Away. This brings you the best tweets posted since you last launched the app. you cannot turn this off, but you can reduce the times it is shown. Just tap on the cross icon. After that, tell Twitter you didn’t like seeing this feature on the next dialog box.

4 Visibility: You can make it easier for people to find you on Twitter if you want. Or you can make it hard. Go to Settings > General, then choose whether you want to be found by email or phone number.

5. Adding Location to Tweet: You can also add a location to your tweet. When you compose a tweet, you will find a map pin icon at the bottom left of the screen. Tap this to attach a location to your tweet. You also need to activate Location on the General tab of Settings.

6. Customize Notifications: Customize your app notifications so you don’t get swamped with alerts every five seconds. Open Settings, tap on your Twitter handle, then choose mobile notifications. You can select what actions will cause you to get notifications. You can also turn off notifications altogether.

7. Sharing Tweets: You can share tweets outside the app itself. Just tap on the Share button and you can sendit to apps like Dropbox and Gmail.

8 Twitter Search:You can refine the search results on your mobile app. However, it will not be as good as on desktop. On the search results screen, tap on the two sliders icon. There, you can limit your query to photos, videos, news, people and more. You can also look for nearby tweets.
